Dear S,
I made these little nuggets of love filled muffins for you and the nanny. I know, you think I would be selfish in my love for you but honestly, the nanny comes pretty darn close to being showered with affection as she takes care of our little munchkins with so much care. I don't know what I would have done last week without her help while you traveled for work for 5 whole days and nights and left me all alone with the precious. So for this valentines day, you have to share my expressions of love with her. Don't be too mad. You are my true love.

PS, rest of the blog world - these chocolate muffins are actually not my recipe. Its Meeta's over at WHATS FOR LUNCH HONEY! I love drooling at her recipes and this one is a keeper. Thanks Meeta, just during the photo shoot I gobbled up 3 of these.

Notes: I used Meeta's recipe to the dot but I halved the candied ginger and only made half batch with ginger as S isn't a huge ginger fan. I on the other hand love the bittersweet chocolate with ginger combination. I think both versions are yummy. Give it a try and check out all of Meeta's concoctions.
